Once your order is shipped you will get an email with AWB details of your order. You can track your order on the courier website or on My Account section on Johareez.com. Typically the following order statuses are available on website.
In Transit: shipment is in route to the destination.
Returned to Origin: Delivery was attempted, however the shipment was returned back to Johareez.
The reasons could be that you refused to accept, you were not available, you did not have the payment ready, address was insufficient or you could not be contacted on the number you provided on Johareez.com. If you are still anxious, then file a missing complaint with our Customer Care at (0141) 3253500 and we shall put forth best efforts to ensure that your Johareez.com order reaches you safe.
The entire premise of offering COD is that customers are honest and they really liked what they ordered onsite. Misuse of the facility would lead to disablement of this payment option for your future orders. However we do consider the genuine reasons of refusal, subjected to the whole and sole discretion of Johareez.com.
