If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim with Johareez.com within 48 HOURS from the scheduled delivery date of your package. Johareez.com will not be held liable under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages, packages containing missing items, or vandalized packages, if the customer does not contact Johareez.com within 48 HOURS from the scheduled delivery date of package.
