Johareez.com appreciates your business and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a money-back guarantee on all merchandise with the Johareez.com Auctions Guarantee logo.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 3 business days of receipt. We will not accept merchandise returns after 3 business days from the original delivery date for any reason. No exceptions.

To Return Merchandise:

You must obtain a valid RMA# (Return Authorization Number) before returning your merchandise.

Call or email the Johareez.com Customer Service at support@johareez.com, or you can obtain your own RMA number online by logging into your account and clicking on the Return item link. Along with your UserID and Listing numbers, please provide detailed reasons for your return. Upon approval, our customer support team will issue you a Return Authorization Number.

	Refund will be issued only after a Return Authorization Number has been obtained.
	Please print the RMA# on the outside of all returning parcels. Packages without a clearly market, valid Return Authorization Number will be refused.

	Please DO NOT remove the tag on the item. Once the tag is removed, Johareez.com will not accept the item for a return. No Exceptions.

Please Note:
In the event you received merchandise which was not as described in the item listing, you are entitled to receive 100% money back guarantee. This includes the price you paid for the item + the shipping. The seller will make the final assessment in regards to reconciling the actual item with its accurate listed description on the site.

In the event you received merchandise as was described in the item listing and you still want to return, there is a 10% restocking fee on the closing price of the winning item and your shipping cost will not be refunded. All item(s) must be in their original condition, not worn or altered with all original documents enclosed.

If you are shipping the item back from within India, ship the item(s) back via BlueDart mail fully insured for the value of the item(s). Buyer is responsible for all insurance and shipping charges on returned item(s) back to the seller. In case where the items were shipped from Johareez.com, Johareez.com will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange going back to the buyer.

	Once you have submitted payment for your winning item(s), a delivery confirmation must be communicated to you by the Certified Merchant within 2 days. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation, you must contact the Certified Merchant and send a copy of your email request to merchants@johareez.com as well. Johareez.com will assist you with the merchant to determine the expected delivery date of your item(s).

	If your item does not arrive within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date, you must contact Johareez.com at merchants@johareez.com. The Johareez.com 100% risk-free auction guarantee requires you to follow the above procedures and you must file a complaint with Johareez.com within 10 days of submitting your payment.
