Shipping Methods
After your order has been processed it will be delivered via one of the following methods.

Blue Dart
All orders shipped within India will be shipped via BlueDart

FedEx
All International Orders are shipped via FedEX. Shipping fees vary depending on weight & delivery destination.

India Post
International Orders will also be shipped via India Post where applicable. Shipping fees vary depending on weight & delivery destination.

Please note that if shipping/billing addresses differ, your order may be delayed due to shipment address verification.

How to Calculate Your Date of Delivery

All orders ship out from Johareez.com within 4-5 business days.

The delivery date of goods can be calculated as follows: (Time of order) + (Order Process Time/Address Verification Time*) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time
*When applicable.

Terms and Policies
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at

India Speed Post - www.indiapost.gov.in (International Shipments)

For Security reasons, Johareez.com ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

The following items will not arrive within 1 business day: Rings, watches, Family Jewellery, Personalized Jewellery and Designer or Specialty Items.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. You can use this number to track for Blue Dart at www.bluedart.com and/or at FedEx at www.fedex.com and/or for India Post at www.indiapost.gov.in

Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel or change a Johareez.com order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your johareez.com order number or call +91-141-3253500, as soon as possible.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Johareez.com according to our return policy.

Johareez.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
